Hiring the community centre
Although we are open for hiring there may be reasons why we do not agree to accept the hire request as there is an obvious health risk and a reputational risk from accepting activities indiscriminately.
Reasons may include (though not be limited to):
  • The hirer has not satisfactorily completed and provided us with a COVID-19 risk assessment
  • The hirer has given us no confidence that they will adhere to the COVID-19 secure guidelines such as social distanced during their activity, thereby exposing participants, you and your organisation to risk
We are NOT at present, taking any Private Social Bookings (ie Parties)
Please contact the Centre Manager for more information and to discuss a booking.
Please also see the ‘Special Conditions for Hire’ document which outlines additional expectations and regulations for anyone considering hiring the centre.

See you soon
